Returns

To be entitled to a return, your purchased item/s must meet all the requirements:

have a proof of purchase/receipt
unused
in the original/sealable packaging
in the same condition that you received it

Shipping

You will shoulder the shipping costs of your returned item. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable and if you received a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will inform you once we received your returned item, and we will evaluate the item/s condition.
Once inspection of the returned item was done, we will directly notify you of its status.
If your purchased returned item has been approved, we will proceed to process the refund amount to your original mode of payment.
Once the transferring of refund has been completed, please check your account or allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account or it will depend on the policy of your card issuer.

Cancellation of order

Please do notify us and wait for our confirmation upon canceling of your order/s within 24 hours upon placing your order and receive a full refund, provided that your order has not been shipped.
Please note that cancellation of ordered item/s upon client's receipt or pick-up of items shall not be entertained.
